📌课题组简介
北京大学社会地理计算与空间治理课题组聚焦多源地理大数据挖掘与前沿地理学理论结合,应用于城市与区域治理。课题组长为张梦竹研究员、助理教授、博士生导师。课题组在数据挖掘与城市计算、政策社会空间效应模拟和评估、理论化中国城市经验等领域取得原创性创新成果,相关研究发表在Nature Cities、Annals of the American Association of Geographers、Transaction of the Institute of British Geographers、Regional Studies、PNAS等期刊,课题组承担和参与国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科基金、广东省自然科学基金、香港研究资助局基金、美国林肯土地政策研究基金、世界银行研究基金等资助的科研项目13项。

依托团队:
1. 研究团队:合作导师为北京大学深圳研究生院城市规划与设计学院张梦竹研究员、助理教授、博士生导师。进站后可直接参与团队研究生的培养工作。
2. 依托平台:依托自然资源部陆表系统与人地关系重点实验室—城市社会计算与治理工作室。可提供丰富的用地、行为、社会经济等多源时空数据资料和软硬件支撑。
申请条件:
1. 已获得或即将获得人文地理学、公共管理学、城市规划、地理信息科学等相关专业的博士学位,年龄不超过35周岁;
2. 已发表2篇或以上高水平英文SCI、SCCI期刊论文;
3. 具备独立科研能力,熟练掌握相关领域的理论或方法,对研究有热情、态度认真、动手能力强,并具备良好的英文写作与交流能力;
4. 进站后须全职从事博士后研究工作;
5. 身体健康,责任心强,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
6. 符合北京大学博士后的招收条件。
薪酬待遇:
1. 北京大学博士后基本工资12万元/年,享受学校相关住房优惠政策;
2. 在站期间享受深圳市财政生活补贴18-30万/年;
3. 工资体系之外的学校各类科研奖励政策和科研绩效;
4. 出站后留深工作的,符合条件者可申请36万元的留深生活资助和60万元科研资助;

📌Research Group Introduction
Peking University Research Group on Urban Social Computation and Governance focuses on integrating multi-source geospatial big data mining with frontier theories in geography, with applications to urban and regional governance. The group is led by Dr. Mengzhu Zhang, Research Fellow, Assistant Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. Our research addresses topics including urban computing and data mining, simulation and evaluation of the socio-spatial impacts of public policy, and theorizing urban experiences in China. The group’s original contributions have been published in leading international journals such as Nature Cities, Annals of the American Association of Geographers, Transactions of the Institute of British Geographers, Regional Studies, PNAS and etc. To date, the group has undertaken or collaborated on 13 research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education of China (Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation), Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong Research Grants Council, the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy (U.S.), and the World Bank.

Host Group and Platform:
1. Research Group: Supervised by Dr. Mengzhu Zhang, Research Fellow, Assistant Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Urban Planning and Design, Shenzhen Graduate School,Peking University. Postdoctoral fellows will be able to actively engage in the supervision and development of the team’s graduate students;
2. Research Platform: Affiliated with the Key Laboratory of Land Surface Systems and Human-Earth Relation, Ministry of Natural Resources (Urban Social Computation and Governance Studio). The platform provides access to extensive multi-source spatiotemporal datasets (land use, human activities, socioeconomic data) as well as robust software and hardware support.
Qualifications:
1. PhD degree (obtained or expected soon) in Human Geography, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Geographic Information Science, or related disciplines; under 35 years of age;
2. At least two peer-reviewed articles published in high-quality international journals (SCI/SSCI);
3. Strong independent research ability, solid theoretical or methodological foundation, enthusiasm for research, diligence, strong analytical and practical skills, and excellent English writing and communication skills are required;
4. Full-time commitment to postdoctoral research upon entry;
5. Good health, strong sense of responsibility, effective communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
6. Must meet the official eligibility requirements for postdoctoral researchers at Peking University.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Basic salary of CNY 120,000/year from Peking University, plus access to subsidized housing;
2. Shenzhen municipal government living allowance of CNY 180,000–300,000/year;
3. Eligibility for additional research performance incentives and awards offered by Peking University;
4. For those choosing to remain in Shenzhen after completion, eligible candidates may apply for CNY 360,000 living allowance and CNY 600,000 research funding;
5. During their postdoctoral appointment, researchers may apply for national, provincial, and municipal-level programs in accordance with relevant regulations, such as the “BoXin Program” and Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School’s “Boya” Postdoctoral Program (CNY 500,000/year for 2 years; details: https://news.pkusz.edu.cn/info/1002/6952.htm) and so on.
