📌课题组简介
北京大学城市社会计算与治理课题组聚焦前沿时空大数据科学与前沿社会科学理论结合,应用于城市与区域可持续、公平转型研究。课题组长为张梦竹研究员、助理教授、博士生导师。课题组在大数据挖掘与城市社会计算、政策社会空间模拟与评估、理论化中国城市转型与发展经验等领域取得原创性成果,相关研究发表于Nature Cities、Annals of AAG等期刊60余篇。课题组承担和参与中国国家自然科学基金、中国科协青年人才托举工程、中国教育部人文社科基金、广东省自然科学基金、深圳市自然科学基金、香港研究资助局基金、世界银行集团、德国国际合作机构、美国林肯土地政策研究中心等资助的科研项目20余项。

申请条件:
1. 已获得或即将获得地理信息科学、人文地理学、城乡规划学、公共管理学、城市与区域经济学、数据科学等相关专业博士学位,年龄不超过35周岁;
2. 已发表2篇或以上高质量论文;
3. 具备独立科研能力,熟练掌握相关领域的理论或方法,对研究有热情、态度认真、动手能力强;
4. 进站后须全职从事博士后研究工作;
5. 身体健康,责任心强,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
6. 符合北京大学博士后的招收条件。
薪酬待遇:
1. 聘期一般两年,年薪30-34万,包括基本年薪12-16万元/年,以及深圳市在站博士后生活补助18万元/年(×2年);
2. 科研绩效;
3. 出站后留深圳工作且与本市企事业单位签订3年以上合同的,可申请深圳市留深生活补贴(共36万);依据自身符合的条件情况,可申请深圳市相关人才奖励津贴;
4. 推荐申请各类博后人才项目;
5. 推荐申请博士后科学基金面上资助项目、国自然青年基金、广东省自科基金、联合基金、深圳市自科基金等科研项目;

📌Research Group Introduction
The Research Group of Urban Social Computing and Governance at Peking University focuses on integrating cutting-edge spatio-temporal big data science with frontier social science theories, applied to the study of sustainable and equitable urban and regional transitions. The group is led by Dr. Mengzhu Zhang, Researcher, Assistant Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. The group has achieved original research outcomes in areas such as big data mining and urban social computing, socio-spatial simulation and policy evaluation, and theorizing China’s urban transformation and development experiences. Relevant publications include over 60 papers in journals such as Nature Cities and Annals of the American Association of Geographers. The group has undertaken and participated in more than 20 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Young Elite Scientist Sponsorship Program by the China Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research Fund of China, the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation, the Shenzhen Natural Science Foundation, the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong, the World Bank Group, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, among others.

The group currently conducts multiple research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Young Elite Scientist Sponsorship Program by CAST, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research Fund, the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation, the Shenzhen Natural Science Foundation, and a commission from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Eligibility Requirements:
1. Applicants must hold or be about to obtain a Ph.D. degree in Geographic Information Science, Human Geography, Urban and Rural Planning, Public Administration, Urban and Regional Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline. Age should not exceed 35 years;
2. At least two high‑quality publications;
3. Ability to conduct independent research, proficiency in relevant theories or methods, enthusiasm for research, a meticulous attitude, and strong hands‑on skills;
4. Full‑time commitment to postdoctoral research at the university after admission;
5. Good health, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and team spirit;
6. Meet all other postdoctoral admission requirements of Peking University.
Salary and Benefits:
1. The appointment is typically for two years. Annual salary ranges from 300,000 to 340,000 RMB, consisting of a base salary of 120,000–160,000 RMB per year plus a Shenzhen municipal living subsidy for on‑station postdoctoral fellows of 180,000 RMB per year (×2 years);
2. Research performance‑based bonus;
3. Upon completion of the postdoctoral term, those who remain in Shenzhen for work and sign a contract of three years or more with a local institution may apply for the Shenzhen Post‑doctoral Outgoing Subsidy (360,000 RMB in total). Depending on individual eligibility, additional talent awards and subsidies from Shenzhen may also be available;
4. Support for applying for various postdoctoral talent programs;
5. Support for applying for research grants such as the General Projects of the Postdoctoral Science Foundation, NSFC Young Scientist Fund, Guangdong Natural Science Foundation (including Joint Funds), and Shenzhen Natural Science Foundation;
6. Assistance in securing university dormitory or talent apartment accommodation.
